Come along to see the Neurodiversity Umbrella Project art installation in Watford Town Centre!
Dates: 27th July to 27th September 2024
Location: Queen’s Road, Watford Town Centre
About the project:
The initiative was introduced by the ADHD Foundation to raise awareness and understanding of neurodiversity. Colourful umbrellas are strung in installations around the UK, with each display representing the one in five of us who have a neurodevelopmental condition.
The installation in Watford is funded by Watford Town Centre businesses, many of which have adapted to increase access to neurodivergent families and staff members, with the aim of becoming a neurodivergent friendly destination and workplace. The installation will adorn Queen’s Road from 27th July and remain in place until 27th September 2024.
ADD-vance are proud to have been part of the launch with our CEO, Debbie Wood, being present for the launch event and ribbon cutting. Read more here.
