Support Group Meetings
Meetings are very informal. We meet for a cup of tea/coffee and to give mutual support. We share our experiences so that we can all learn from each other and make things better for our children and our families. Sit, listen or speak – it’s up to you. Our specialist coaches who are also parents of Autism/ADHD children and young adults too will be on hand to make the sessions go smoothly and are available for you to ask questions privately if you wish. We have a lending library and you can borrow books for a returnable deposit of £10 (cash or cheque) and leaflets and other information for you to take home.
Come along and meet other parents and carers. There’s no need to book. Just turn up!

We currently offer support group meetings from 19:30 until 21:30 (St Albans) and 10.00-12.00 (Hertford) at the following venues:
