Specialist Sleep Service

We now offer sleep coaching over Zoom! One of our Specialist Sleep Coaches will work with you to improve the sleep of the child/young person. We are non-judgmental, supportive and adaptable; we want the plans and strategies to work for you and your situation. If something doesn’t work, then we’ll try again.

Are any of these an issue for a child or young person in your family?

  • Difficulty getting to sleep
  • Difficulty staying asleep
  • Waking early or sleeping in
  • Nightmares/terrors/sleep walking/restless legs
  • Lacking energy throughout the day despite sleeping an appropriate amount
  • Suddenly falling asleep at inappropriate times

These are typical problems that can be improved by working with a Specialist Sleep Coach.

Coaching Sessions (Online via Zoom)

A one-hour initial assessment session with your Specialist Coach to assess and discuss the specific needs and difficulties your family is experiencing.

Each session lasts for one hour and will include a plan to be implemented during the following week

  • Each coaching session is unique and tailored to your specific needs
  • The Coach will use tried and tested skills and strategies but tailor them to take your individual situation into account
  • Coaching would normally run for an average of 3-4 sessions, but this varies depending on specific needs and situations
  • No diagnosis or GP referral is required


£55 per hour online with a Specialist Sleep Coach
