The With Youth team at Hertfordshire Mind Network have launched three new online groups for improving emotional wellbeing. The groups run in blocks of eight weekly sessions:13+ years group (Mondays at 7pm)7-12 years group (Tuesdays at 6pmParents/carers group (Wednesdays at 8pm)Sessions are free to attend and are tailored to each group’s needs.
