Sleep issues can affect many children and young people. However, they occur much more frequently in those that are neurodivergent.
Do you recognise any of these challenges in your family?
Difficulty getting to sleep
Difficulty staying asleep
Waking early or sleeping in
Nightmares/terrors/sleep walking/restless legs
Lacking energy throughout the day despite sleeping an appropriate amount
Suddenly falling asleep at inappropriate times
If so, you are not alone – and help is available.
How we can help

Thanks to the Sleep Service there has been a lot less stress & exhaustion for the whole family. More sleep for all of us, better performance at school for my daughter, and improved behaviour. Thank you!
You will start with a one-hour initial assessment with your Specialist Sleep Coach
You will have an average of 3-4 coaching sessions (1 hour each). Your coach will offer tried and tested strategies, tailored to your individual situation, to be implemented between sessions
