Neurodiversity Support Hub

For Parents, Carers and Professionals in Hertfordshire

Every member of our helpline team is a parent or carer of a neurodivergent child.  When you call us, you aren’t just speaking to an advisor, you are speaking to someone who truly understands.

Whether you need practical advice, emotional support, or simply a listening ear, we’re here for you.

Helpline hours:

Term time: Mon, Wed & Fri: 9am – 1pm

Tues & Thurs: 9am – 3pm

Weds evenings (by appointment only): 7pm – 9pm

School holidays: Mon – Fri: 9am – 1pm

“Once again I have found this service so incredibly helpful. Not only to have a voice of full understanding and empathy on the end of the phone, but also providing invaluable advice and signposting to information and resources which can otherwise be overwhelming to navigate alone.”

Wednesday evening appointments

We know that for many parents and carers, the daytime is busy with work, school runs, and looking after children.  Our Wednesday evening appointments offer a dedicated, quiet space for you to speak with a member of our team.  Appointments are 30 minutes duration and available during term time only.

How to book your appointment:

1. Pick your time: select a Wednesday date on the calendar below (term time only) and choose a time slot that works for you.

2. Enter your contact info so we know how to reach you.

3. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email with all the details for your call as well as a reminder 1 hour before the start of your appointment.

Are you a professional working with families in Hertfordshire?

Our helpline isn’t just for parents and carers, we welcome calls from professionals too. Whether you have specific questions, need advice on signposting, or want to understand the lived experience of the families you are working with, our team is here to help.
