Caroline has worked in the charity sector for 20 years. She is passionate about local charities and helping them reach the communities that they serve.  In 2022 she became aware of ADD-vance after her daughter’s diagnosis, and signed up to a 6 week course ‘Understanding Autism and ADHD in girls’ as well as attending a number of workshops. Jennifer Mould

Jennifer Mould

Office Administration

Jen first connected with ADD-vance after attending workshops and receiving support when the team visited her son’s nursery. She found the journey overwhelming and had little knowledge of neurodivergence before her son’s diagnosis. The ADD-vance workshops made a big difference by giving her family knowledge and helping them feel supported. Now, she’s passionate about helping other families feel supported on their own journeys.
